There is no case study for small businesses that have 0
budgets to spend on Social Marketing for Pinterest, or there is, but we just
didn’t look hard enough to find it. That’s great, since now we have enrolled in
our own challenge in which we can’t wait to learn from our mistakes.
That’s the peak of the mountain, possibility to learn
from your own mistakes… or we will nail it? That’s another possibility too ;)
That’s us!
Kelli will participate with her private account, and I
will participate with Watermelonski, business account, fijuuuuu, this business
sounds so fancy :)
The goal is that every day we create 4 new boards, each
board with 15 pins in it and find 5 persons, in Kellie’ case, and 5 businesses
in my case to follow for 5 days.
Why those numbers? Never ask a woman why…they just
sounded right!
Day 1
This is Watermelonski dashboard before the
challenge:
It is very modest one, extremely modest :)
3 boards, 27 pins, 2 followers (that’s probably Kelli and
my private Pinterest account, LOL) and 5 following.
These are Watermelonski boards:
All set, let’s do it; I will create 4 new boards with 15
pins each, and find 5 businesses to follow…
Few hours later…
Created boards:
1.
Inspiration > something that I will definitely
need on my journey
2.
Book quotes > I love to read, so this one is
always handy
3.
Jewelry > I am not that much into jewelry,
but let’s see how it would look if I were
4.
Entrepreneur > this is great collection of
articles that keep entrepreneurs on track
Businesses to follow:
1.
Tony Robbins > he is always welcomed
2.
Neil Patel > he must be here for a big deal
3.
BellaBeat Leaf > just love it!
4.
Gerson Institute > healthy living, do I need
to add anything else?
5.
Purple Clover > I love to smile
Love,
Watermelonski gals
